How is this different from a typical communication training?
Most corporate training is lecture and slides. Jaunty is the opposite. Your team practices the actual conversations they have at work in pairs and small groups, with a coach giving real-time feedback. It's the difference between watching a tennis video and actually playing tennis. Skills move from theory to muscle memory in one session.
What does the free 30-min demo call include?
A short intro call where we talk through your team's goals, the format, and which workshop or cohort fits best. After the call, you're welcome to observe one of our live sessions in person on Zoom so you can see the workshop format in action before deciding.
Can you customize the curriculum to our team's specific needs?
Yes. Workshops and cohorts are built around your team's actual scenarios: sales calls, performance reviews, cross-functional disagreements, whatever's most relevant. We do a 30-min discovery call before the session to align on focus areas.
How do you measure ROI?
Pre/post skills assessment for cohort engagements. For workshops, we collect post-session feedback (typically 90%+ "would recommend"). Soft skills training delivers an estimated 250% ROI through retention, productivity, and reduced conflict (MIT Sloan). Real proof: pull a manager 6 months after a session and ask them what stuck.
Can employees use their L&D stipend for the Jaunty Gym?
Yes. The Gym qualifies under most stipend programs (Compt, Forma, etc.). We can also bill the company directly for bulk seats.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes. Virtual workshops and Team Cohort sessions are recorded so absent or distributed team members can catch up. On-site workshops can be recorded on request. Recap notes go to attendees after each session either way.
