THE SETUP

The illustrious Eric Waisman was retained by Community Manager (CM) Brad B. of Yelp San Diego to provide some dynamic insights into our Communication.

Eric did a great job of breaking down the signposts of our journey – this included:
1.  Body Language;
2.  Conversational Agility; and,
3.  Feeling Socially Fulfilled

BODY LANGUAGE

With respect to Body Language, to show it, it’s best to “slow everything down”  Is your body “open” or “closed”?  How are others reading you?  What is the message you are trying to convey by your Body Language?

CONVERSATIONAL AGILITY

Coversational Agility is best effectuated by starting with simple things:
* Introducing yourself
* Then asking Open Ended Questions; and of course, then,
* By asking Closed Questions

These conversational tools above allow you to be able to go through and have a “Road Map in Conversation”

What to say, how to lead a conversation while still being authentic.

In this realm, THREADING is an exercise “Speaking Of” – it shows us a way on how to disconnect.  It looks like we go through one tangent to another.

FEELING SOCIALLY FULFILLED

This is important for everyone’s ego.

THE LOWDOWN

A great way to connect with others by learning new conversational and communication tools!
